My story

To be successful in any athletic endeavour, you must have the proper support and guidance to get you there. I first came across weightlifting early in my 20’s when I started in a CrossFit gym. I loved the competitive nature it brought out in myself. The passion I have for the sport has carried through on my weightlifting career, both coaching and competing. I have assisted athletes from beginner all the way through to national champion levels.

1:1 Personal Training

Olympic Weightlifting Group Classes

The olympic weightlifting group classes are designed for athletes of all levels, from beginners looking to learn the fundamentals, to seasoned lifters striving for personal records. The Monday night fundamentals class offers beginners a very structured technical breakdown of olympic lifting skills, whilst the barbell club nights on Wednesdays and Fridays offer individualised programming in a supportive and energetic environment . Whether you're aiming for competition-level performance, building functional strength, or simply seeking a fun way to stay fit, these classes are worth a try. First one FREE!


Online Coaching

Take the guess work out of training, let me help you hit your goal with weekly programming. I will plan and program your weekly training plan that fits into your schedule so you don’t even have to think. All programs are done through TrainHeroic which allows you to track all of your sets, reps an weights, which also comes with video demonstrations of everything planned to ensure you know exactly what to do every step of the way. Along with this, you will have access 24/7 to a direct chat with me if you need any advice or assistance, as well as a weekly accountability check in to ensure you are staying on track
